7th Annual Heroes Brunch
Guide Dogs of the Desert held its 7th annual Heroes Brunch at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa on December 7th, 2013. This event was to acknowledge the work of its volunteers, puppy raisers, supporters and donors from the past year.
This year’s honoree was “Dusty Wings of the Desert”, for their long standing support of Guide Dogs. Dusty Wings is a group of former and active airline stewardesses and flight attendants that supports local charities here in the Coachella Valley.
Dr. Milauskas and some of the MEI staff were in attendence to help recognize Dusty Wings for their tremendous support of Guide Dogs of the Desert.
